We offer FREE returns within 30 days from delivery date. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
Certain items, such as opened cosmetics, may only be returned if defective. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
